About the Soundtrack:
50 Cent is putting the finishing touches to what is looking to be another blockbuster release this year, the soundtrack to his film debut “Get Rich Or Die Tryin’”. The album, “Music From And Inspired By The Motion Picture Get Rich Or Die Tryin’”, will be released on November 8. The soundtrack will be released on G Unit/Interscope Records and will feature all new music from 50 Cent, and the entire stable of artists on his G Unit Records Imprint.
The first single, “Window Shopper”, is a track that exposes the mentality of a rapper who can’t afford to buy the things he wants and feels he deserves. It’s also serves as a focal point for some of the movies most poignant scenes.
Earlier this month, the album track “Hustler’s Ambition” was dropped to give people a taste of what to expect from the soundtrack. It’s grimy nature will take you back to where it all began, the hungry streets of Queens. DJ’s across the country are spinning this track uncontrollably in the clubs.
“I created the music for the soundtrack while I was actually filming the movie. I had a studio trailer with me and would record every day between takes” Comments 50 Cent. “I keep telling you, I’m the hardest working man alive.”
50 Cent executive produced the album. Sha Money XL is co-executive producer with Dr. Dre and Hi-Tek providing further production. Mase, Nate Dogg and newly signed G Unit members Mobb Deep and M.O.P are also featured on the album.
Movie Synopsis:
Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, one of the biggest and most popular stars in hip-hop, is the charismatic driving force behind “Get Rich or Die Tryin’” a hard-hitting drama directed by six-time Oscar® nominee Jim Sheridan about an orphaned street kid who makes his mark in the drug trade but finally dares to leave the violence behind and become the rap artist he was meant to be. Marcus (Jackson) has always known he was going to be a rapper, but when his mother is murdered, he turns to dealing – hustling drugs pays the rent. As his world spirals out of control, he begins to apply the same manic intensity to his writing as he does to dealing; he has to write down his words to stay sane. For years, he endures this living hell until a tragedy that nearly kills him gets Marcus to change his life.

Curtis (50 cent) Jackson, The man the machine the legend? Or did Jada, Fat Joe, and Nas tarnish what was such a promising career in the music bizz. I think that Get Rich... will be one of thee biggest movies of the year. 50 knows massacre was a 5mill. flop (even though the above mentioned artists would kill their mother for those numbers) and this soundtrack is a chance to redeem his self. So dont hate congratulate.

This Movie is one of the best movies to come I saw it in france and boy o boy fifty deed it again I swear to god this movie is the best movie for every black person to go see this is nothing like hustle and flow . I want to touch on a few things that haven't been mentioned so far about Fif.
1.This dude is brilliant and he has a plan to bring NY back. Jada, Sloppy Joe, Sheek, Styles, Nas, and all the rest of them bums better thank they lucky stars Fif decided to attack them. He not only helped them sell records cause everyone wants to hear what they had to say about the situation, but he's creating a buzz that NY hasn't had for a long time. Down South shit had been killing the charts and with dem pop tart as St. Lunatics and Chingy's punk ass, the Midwest was making a come up. Before Fif you all had Hov, and he's a bonified hustler in his own right, but he aint that street soldier NY had been longing for. When Biggie died there was a huge hole in NY hip hop. The same thing happened to the est coast when Pac got killed except nobody has brought them back yet. Its like when a powerful leader passes, there is a power struggle for control over his territory. There is a civil war right now going on in NY. Nas, Jada, etc.. are going to have to band together to try and stop G-Unit. After the dust settles the one on top will claim the spot as King of NY. It aint looking good for the compition cause Fif just signed two of the best groups out there to join his already platinum roster.
2. Fif will surpass Puff, Jay, Russell Simmons in regards to themusic shit. This dude has a small fortune right now and he's just getting started. He will be able to offer artist a better deal than they have ever had in their lives. This cat gave Mobb Deep over a million dollars as a signing bonus. They have more money than they have ever made off rap and they haven't even dropped an album yet. Redman122 said he wasdisappointed to see Mobb Deep sign with Fif and that he would commercialize them. That is crazy! These dudes will have access to the greatest producer the game has seen in Dr. Dre. Em and Hav are good producers in their own right. They will have the marketing machine of Iterscope records behind them, and they can tap into a fan base that is solid and loves whatever G-Unit does. They will only be commercial in the sense that they will sell mad records and be all over TV. For them that aint bad! Jada, Nas, Sloppy Joe, etc... will kill they own parents to be as successful as Fif.
3. The Game is a beyotch. He will learn that in order to be a good leader you have to be a good soldier. If he had kept his mouth shut and followed the plan, he would be reaping the benefits for years to come. Instead this dude was disloyal to someone who helped him sell millions of records. If Fif helped me like that I would murk any nigga who breathed his direction. I would murk the whole industry for a mill or two. Thsi dude is supposed to by Pyro blood and he worried about starting beefs with Sloopy Joe and the rest of them no record selling bums? The only real mistake Fif made was ever helping that cat. He's still going to come out on top because he gets a cut of Games album and he is Curtis "Interscope" Jackson, so Game better watch his step or risk getting done like Sheek. We'll see on his next joint how many he sells without G-Unit. Half of the niggas who bought that shit did so because they love G-Units's music and wanted to support one of their artist. Lets not forget this faggot was on Change of Heart with a tounge ring and the bitch had a change of heart on his punk ass. He was cool with the whole thing until G-Unit kicked him out, then they was G-Unot. Cute slogan but if they were G-Unot, you was too cause you was repping the hell out of them. Do we need to pull out all the verses where he was saying..GGGGGG G-Unit? I only hope Lloyd airs his ass out cause he don't want none of that drama! Fuk Game!!!!
