Jay-Z Is Living it up!

Rap mogul Jay-Z has just moved into a penthouse apartment in New York City's exclusive Time Warner Center. The New York Post reports that the mogul is paying $40,000 a month to rent the condo, which has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and one of the few private terraces in the building.


The condo also comes with full hotel amenities including room service, linens, twice-daily maid service, and a health club with pool located in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, which sits 30 floors below the unit.

Jay-Z can also keep a watchful eye over his girlfriend Beyonce Knowles's apartment with the help of a telescope from his terrace
