JAY-Z IN NEGOTIATIONS TO PURCHASE A SOCCER TEAM
Hip-hop mogul Jay-Z already owns a piece of the New Jersey Nets basketball team, now the star is in talks to purchase a professional soccer team. Allhiphop.com reports that Jay-Z has been in negotiations to purchase a large stake in London's Arsenal FC soccer team, which has won 13 English league titles.
In addition to the New Jersey Nets, Jay-Z also owns Rocawear clothing, his own sneaker line through Reebok, and two 40/40 sports bars. The mogul is also planning on launching his own high-end clothing line, S. Carter, and earlier this year he launched his own signature time piece collection in association with Swiss luxury-watch maker Audemars.
Jay-Z may also be resuming his recording career in the coming months. Reports have surfaced that he plans to release a new studio album next year.

Has the time come when we as children of hip-hop appreciate growth? What I mean by this is look how far some of the kids have come. From Ice Cube, to Jay-Z, to Puff to Russell to LL and thats just a short list. Are we really paying attention to the oppurtunities and doors unlocking? There are people from our very own music and culture that we should appreciate and thank for it.Pay attention and lets all keep it movin!!!!!!!!!
