Feb 7 like I said is BX Day. Big Pun got a resolution from Albany, recognizing his anniversary of death Feb 7 as Bronx Day. This is as how it was told to me by Liza Rios, Pun's wife and mother of his 3 children. We shall observe one of NY's greatest, one of Hip Hop's greatest mcs ever on Feb 7. Yea yo...I gotta say a lil' something for that nigga Pun. It was a tragedy that the man passed away. To me he was not only one of the greats in Hip-Hop, but he was a symbol of success to the Boriqua community. I don't think he will ever get the credit he truely deserves, but real recognize real, the man was a lyrical genius. I believe if he still was alive, this T.S. beef between some of the memebers wouldn't of even been going down. Not only that, some of the members careers would have been doing a lot better. Big Punisher was--word on the streets--A real nigga. He took care of people, not only his family...and that's REAL. I send my condolences to his family, and hope they can somewhat recover from such a loss. Dont worry Pun, as long as im around, you'll never be forgotten!!! --One SL
