Yung Joc is next up from diddy's Bad Boy South

By: Yves Erwin Salomon

Sean "Diddy" Combs is hoping his latest find, Yung Joc, will help solidify his Bad Boy South label as a major player in the southern rap music scene. Yung Joc will release his debut album, New Joc City, in May. The album's lead single is "Goin Down."

The Atlanta native shared who his musical inspirations were: "Once I got a little older, my hip-hop inspirations came from Outkast, Goodie Mob, Tupac, and the Notorious B.I.G. By then, I realized that I could do some of the same things these cats were doing and use my situations to catapult me into other opportunities."

New Joc City will feature the production of Chino Dollar, Carlos, and DaDa.
