Snoop Dogg to make guest appearance on 'Weeds'

Rapper and actor Snoop Dogg will make a guest appearance on Showtime's hit show Weeds this Monday, October 2nd. MTV.com reports that in the episode, which airs at 10 p.m. ET, the rapper will play himself. He makes a deal with the show's stars and then records a song about marijuana.

In related news, Snoop Dogg will release a new album on November 21st, titled The Blue Carpet Treatment. The album will feature the production of Dr. Dre, the Neptunes, Rick Rock, and Timbaland with guest appearances by B-Real, Nate Dogg, Ne-Yo, R. Kelly, Stevie Wonder, the Game and Ice Cube.
