Jay Kicks is working out a deal with Hoodpromo to become the Head of Midwest Promotions. Hoodpromo is one of the top online Hip Hop promotional companies in the U.S. They promote for many top name companies like Stall & Dean, The Mix Tape Awards, and many Hip Hop magazines. They also have a online television show that just came out recently called HPTV the slogan is "People Fear What They Dont Understand, And Resent What they admire". Ask Nick Cannon, Bishop Don Juan or Lil Flip have they heard of Jay Kicks? You’ll get the same reply from all of them. Jay Kicks is a name that is starting to make noise around the Hip Hop World. Jay Kicks got his name by being exclusive on the sneaker side for many years. When asked about his sneaker fetish Jay stated” I have been a sneaker head since I was born, when I was young I cared about shoes more than homework, girls and video games.” Jay Kicks has a clothing line named H City that has been starting a big buzz since last May. The co-CEO is Sam “Bird” Hurd who is also a wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys. H City supposedly started as a silly saying that blew up overnight. Jay stated “H City is on it’s way to big time success, I think once people see our new styles and more celebrities are seen wearing H City we will be on our way.” The first H City shirt was seen in T Pain’s I’m in Luv with a Stripper REMIX from their H City has not looked back. This fall Jay Kicks will go on tour with Only10models (MTV) as a Model Scout. “It’s a long story how everyone thinks I’m a great Model Scout, I’m really just very connected and know a lot of people.” The tour is a College Model Search Tour where we basically go to a different school each week and pick the Top 10 models at each school with one grand prizewinner. It has been fun so far and I’m really having a good time, but I decided recently I’m not going on the 2nd semester tour. I have 2 online classes this semester which is cool, but next semester I’m not taking any online classes.” Many people believe the best way to success is to be a part of everything. Jay Kicks has been in many things lately. “ I have been in a few magazines and online sites, I also had a commercial with Diadora this summer.
