As he was being taken away by police, The Game said, "I want to say that I'm not guilty, and I love California."
The Game was released from LAPD's 77th Street Division jail around 2 a.m. after posting bail.
The rapper was arrested last year in New York City for impersonating a police officer. He allegedly told a cab driver he was a police officer and to run several lights.
