H3 Enterprises, Inc. President and CEO, Dr Benjamin Chavis announces a "co-branding partnership" between Sean "Diddy" Combs' Sean Jean fashion empire and H3's HipHopSodaShops.

Under the deal, both companies have agreed to work together through marketing, promotions and sales of each other's products.
