50 Cent Back In Biz W/ Ecko, New G-Unit Clothing Line Coming Soon

50 Cent will be going back into business with Marc Ecko Enterprises to relaunch his G-Unit clothing Line.

The mega superstar will attack the fashion market once again. got the official word from Marc Ecko vice president of corporate communications Laurie Baker.

“We are back in business,” Baker told. “We will continue the partnership, but they won’t be moving back into the [Manhattan Ecko] building that I know of.”

As previously reported, 50 and Ecko made an announcement in February about ending their partnership, despite making substantial profits.

In related news, the G-Unit leader is currently working on his fourth solo album. Before I Self Destruct is scheduled to hit retail stores on Tuesday, December 9. Fif also is currently starring in the new Al Pacino and Robert De Niro crime thriller Righteous Kill. The film opened up over the weekend at No. 3 with around $16.5 million in box office sales.

Update: After speaking with corporate communications manager David Smith, has learned that while Ecko ended its partnership with 50 back in February, they never actually ceased making G-Unit clothing due to the terms of their agreement. Yet after re-signing with the mogul to have him back on board, they will debut the updated line in spring of '09.
