Jay-Z & Lil’ Wayne Join Forces For “Powerhouse” Concert

Mega superstars Jay-Z, Lil’ Wayne and Ne-Yo will be hitting the stage for a special one night only “Powerhouse” event in New Jersey next month.

Bringing together three of the biggest names in hip-hop and R&B, New York radio station Power 105.1 is hosting the annual event.

Produced by Jay’s business partners, Live Nation, this year’s event will mark the hip-hop mogul’s triumphant return since publicly squashing his rap beef with Nas at 2005’s Powerhouse.

Power 105 Playaz will have first go at the tickets – which range from $50-$200 – on Friday (September 12) at noon, but only to “Power 105 Playaz.” To register fans must log onto http://www.power1051fm.com/. The following day, remaining tickets will be available to the public via Ticketmaster.

Powerhouse kicks-off on Tuesday, October 28 at East Rutherford, N.J.’s Izod Center at 7 p.m. EST.
