Lil Wayne's bid to stop inclusion of private material in upcoming documentary rejected by court
Rapper Lil Wayne's bid to stop the inclusion of “private and sensitive” material for use in an upcoming documentary was rejected by a California court on Friday.
Superior Court Judge Michael Mink ruled against the rap star's motion to prevent Digerati (QD3 Entertainment) from releasing a documentary titled "The Carter" in its entirety.
According to court documents, Mink said the evidence Wayne’s attorney used as the basis for the suit were not strong enough to justify the his allegations.
